{"id":7138,"date":"2022-11-17T15:59:59","date_gmt":"2022-11-17T08:59:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fazz.com\/?p=7138"},"modified":"2024-01-22T14:56:01","modified_gmt":"2024-01-22T07:56:01","slug":"2fa-fazz-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/newsroom\/business\/2fa-fazz-business\/","title":{"rendered":"Keamanan Ekstra Akun Fazz Business Dengan Two-Factor Authentication"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Two Factor Authentication (2FA) <\/em>adalah lapisan keamanan ekstra yang digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa suatu akun digital benar-benar diakses oleh pihak yang seharusnya. 2FA dilakukan pada saat pengguna melakukan registrasi, maupun pada saat memasuki sebuah akun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demi mencegah upaya pembobolan dari oknum yang tidak bertanggung-jawab, Fazz Business menerapkan <em>Two Factor Authentication<\/em> sebagai bentuk kemanan ekstra untuk akun pengguna. Penerapan 2FA ini dilakukan pada saat proses registrasi akun<a href=\"https:\/\/fazz.com\/resources\/registrasi-akun-sso\/\"> Fazz Business yang saat ini menggunakan sistem SSO (Single Sign-On)<\/a>, dan ketika pengguna akan memasuki akun Fazz Business. Pengguna dapat memilih satu dari dua jenis <em>authentication, <\/em>yaitu melalui SMS maupun<em> <\/em>Google Authentication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut ini merupakan proses penggunaan 2FA pada Fazz Business:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Log-in akun Fazz Business<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Masukkan alamat <em>e-mail<\/em> dan <em>password<\/em> pada halaman <em>log-in<\/em> akun Fazz Business<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Pilih jenis authentication<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anda akan diarahkan untuk memilih jenis <em>two-factor authentication<\/em>. Kemudian, Anda akan mendapatkan kode OTP yang masuk secara otomatis ke SMS maupun Google Authentication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Ikuti langkah sesuai petunjuk<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-sms-authentication\"><strong>a. SMS Authentication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika pengguna memilih SMS Authentication, maka pengguna akan di arahkan untuk mengisi nomor handphone yang telah di daftarkan pada akun Fazz Business untuk menerima kode OTP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/07\/Select-Region-Small-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11099\" width=\"565\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/07\/Select-Region-Small-4.png 612w, https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/07\/Select-Region-Small-4-300x144.png 300w, https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/07\/Select-Region-Small-4-18x9.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 565px) 100vw, 565px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah mendapatkan kode OTP melalui SMS, pengguna dapat menyalin atau mengetik kembali 6 angka kode OTP yang diberikan. Pengguna dilarang memberikan kode OTP kepada siapa-pun termasuk pihak Fazz Business untuk mencegah pembobolan akun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/07\/Untitled-design-13-1024x536.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11101\" width=\"567\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/07\/Untitled-design-13-300x157.png 300w, https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/07\/Untitled-design-13-18x9.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika verifikasi telah berhasil, maka pengguna akan segera memasuki halaman utama dashboard Fazz Business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-b-google-authentication\"><strong>b. Google Authentication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika memilih Google Authentication, maka pengguna harus mengunduh aplikasi Google Authenticator untuk melakukan <em>scan barcode<\/em> atau menyalin kode unik yang ada di halaman verifikasi Fazz Business ke aplikasi Google Authenticator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/11\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7140\" width=\"483\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/11\/image-2.png 603w, https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/11\/image-2-300x243.png 300w, https:\/\/fazz.com\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/11\/image-2-15x12.png 15w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 483px) 100vw, 483px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah melakukan <em>scan barcode<\/em> atau menyalin kode unik, pengguna akan mendapatkan kode OTP yang masuk secara otomatis pada Google Authenticator.
