It has certainly been an epic year for Fazz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-we-said-hello-to-fazz-the-future-of-finance\"><strong>We said hello to Fazz &#8211; the Future of Finance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To better reflect who we are and the future we hope to build for Southeast Asia, we <a href=\"https:\/\/fazz.com\/resources\/say-hello-to-fazz-2\/\">rebranded Fazz Financial<\/a>, a merger between Xfers and Payfazz to Fazz. With Fazz, we\u2019re in a better position to accelerate growth for Southeast Asia\u2019s businesses and strengthen the region\u2019s economy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We raised US$100M series C round.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 14th of September 2022 we announced a <a href=\"https:\/\/fazz.com\/resources\/fazz-secures-100m-in-series-c-to-power-financial-inclusion-in-sea\/\">US$100 million Series C funding<\/a> round. We are very proud of the achievements from the team. This goes to show that Fazz is creating significant positive impact not just for MSMEs in Southeast Asia but also for our investors. This round powers our financial inclusion mission to accelerate financial access for all businesses in the region.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accomplishments of Fazz were recognised by governments and institutions.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, we have been recognised for the <a href=\"https:\/\/fazz.com\/resources\/fazz-awarded-for-fighting-scams\/\">5th time by the Singapore Police Force<\/a> for our unwavering effort against cybercrime, money laundering &amp; fraud. received the Alliance of Public Private Cybercrime Stakeholders (APPACT) Appreciation Award. Furthermore, Fazz agen has been awarded the gold award for \u201cBest API Use Case Impact for Sustainability\u201d in the BRI API Awards 2022 for enabling a sustainable digital transformation to the underbanked and unbanked communities in Indonesia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Disbursed US$600 Million to thousands of SMEs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our loan products arm of Fazz, Modal rakyat has disbursed US$600 Million and counting as the leading driver in facilitating access to loans for underserved SMEs in Indonesia which grew by over 126% in loan disbursement just this year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Debuted Fazz at Singapore Fintech Festival 2022<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This was an exciting event for all of us at Fazz to showcase what we have built for the last couple of months leading up to the event. We showed visitors of SFF how Fazz is helping all business in Southeast Asia to build, run, and grow. Furthermore, we also gave them an experience of what the future of finance will look like with Purpose Bound Money led by StraitsX in collaboration with Grab as part of the MAS project orchid.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are grateful for the opportunity to work with partners, users, clients and investors.
