1. We hereby agree to open a USD Account with XFERS PTE. LTD. (\u201cXFERS<\/strong>\u201d) and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the USD Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. We hereby agree to open a wallex account (\u201cWallex Account<\/strong>\u201d) with Wallex Technologies Pte. Ltd. (\u201cWallex<\/strong>\u201d) and further agree and accept the Wallex\u2019s Terms and Conditions<\/a>, as amended from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. We hereby agree to open a singx account (\u201cSingX Account<\/strong>\u201d) with SINGX SINGAPORE PTE LTD (\u201cSingX<\/strong>\u201d) and further agree and accept the SingX\u2019s Terms of Use<\/a>, as amended from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. We hereby authorise XFERS to work with the following third-party service providers (each, a \u201cCBMT Partner<\/strong>\u201d) on our behalf to execute transactions such as payment and FX conversion, including negotiating related commercial terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(a) Wallex, a regulated cross-border payment company (license number PS20200433); <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(b) SingX, a regulated cross-border payment company (license number PS20200369); and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(c) Moolahgo Pte Ltd (\u201cMoolahgo<\/strong>\u201d), a regulated cross-border payment company (license number PS20200262).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. We hereby acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(a) XFERS\u2019 role in any cross-border money transfer service is strictly limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(i) executing a domestic transfer of moneys on our behalf to our account held with the relevant CBMT Partner; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(ii) acting on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions to provide instructions to the relevant CBMT Partner in respect of the cross-border money transfer transaction; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(b) all currency conversion and outbound cross-border money transfer transaction activities are undertaken solely by the relevant CBMT Partner as a duly licensed payment service provider for the provision of cross-border money transfer services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. We hereby authorise XFERS to do all things necessary or desirable in connection with the Wallex Account, SingX Account and\/or account opened with Moolahgo (collectively, the \u201cAccounts<\/strong>\u201d) including but not limited to providing any know-your-customer or know-your-business documents including any other information necessary for onboarding and on-going transactional monitoring purposes, operating and\/or transacting the Accounts on our behalf in accordance with our instructions and giving instructions to Wallex, SingX and\/or Moolahgo as the case may be and to generally do all such things as XFERS deems necessary or expedient for all of the foregoing purposes on our behalf.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
